1:1 Accompaniment

For Sincere Discerning Adults Orienting To A Wiser Way Of Life
“The guru is not outside. The guru is the light within.”
I offer humble accompaniment for deepening integrity, belonging and wholeness.

Why Accompaniment?

Life doesn't always present us with problems that can be solved.

Many times in my life I have found myself navigating profound change, uncertainty, loss, awakening, relationship challenges, or a quiet sense that the old ways of relating to life no longer fit.

At these moments, what often helps most is not another framework or someone with all the answers.

It is a space where experience can be met with grounded caring presence, honesty and curiosity.

That is what I offer.

My role is not to tell you what to believe or who to become.

It is to accompany you as we explore what is most alive, helping you discover ways of seeing, being and relating that are more congruent and  supportive.

You don't need to arrive with the "right" problem.

You may be:

  • deepening a contemplative or meditation practice

  • navigating a significant life transition

  • integrating powerful spiritual experiences

  • wrestling with purpose, meaning or vocation

  • longing to live with greater integrity

  • seeking a trusted companion through a season of life that feels too important for generic advice

Whatever brings you here, we'll begin there.

This is not about fixing you

It's about discovering wiser ways of being, knowing and relating. Within yourself, with others, and with life.

What Accompaniment Is Like

Each conversation unfolds in response to your unique circumstances rather than following a fixed method or programme.

Together we'll slow down enough to meet your experience directly.

Often we'll discover that what first appeared to be "the problem" is only the doorway into something deeper.

Depending on what is called for, our work may include contemplative inquiry, guided meditation, embodied awareness, reflective dialogue, practical experimentation, or simply making space for something that has not yet been fully heard.

I support you to live a more full, rich, integrated, flowing, surrendered, blessed life.

Whether you are waking up or living awake - struggling or flourishing - I will meet you where you are.

Beginning Together

I usually recommend beginning with three weekly sessions.

This gives us enough time to establish trust, understand your context, and discover what genuinely supports your unfolding.

Sessions are approximately one hour, though I don't like ending an important conversation simply because the clock says so.

Between sessions, I may occasionally suggest practices such as meditation, journaling, reading or reflective exercises where they genuinely support your process.

3 Weekly 1 hour Sessions

In many cases it will be best to start with a block of three weekly one hour sessions.
You will then have the option to continue meeting weekly or otherwise.

How it works

Typically, start with 3 weekly sessions
  • In most cases it will be helpful to start with a block of three weekly one hour sessions
